Q works
Experiences are important for learning, but reflecting on these experience improves productivity, creativity, and engagement. The Q is a writing journal that relies on neural prompts to activiate prior knowledge and elaborate on essential learning for leaders. I co-designed this product alongside professionals from Franklin Covey™ and Speed of Trust™ to help these leaders memorialize their understanding and improve future behaviors.

I wrote scripts for pilot programs and filmed these training sessions with multiple professional actors. These were embedded into each QR code so each page provided relevant training .
