The pandemic forced me to defer my time at Stanford. Thankfully, Weave asked me to help build out their leadership development. When I first we arrived we had 35 people managers. By the time I left, there were nearly 120 leaders that received monthly management training. This included strengths-based leadership and management basics. I also vetted a new management training vendor and co-designed their first materials to help fill the needs of our leaders.
